The Transportation Office will be closed to the public from June 8 until August 3, 2014.
The beginning of the 2015/16 school year is approaching and your child may be eligible for district transportation. Please review the attached Parent/Guardian Letter, Bus Rules and Bus Pass Application. You may download, print, fill out and mail the application form back to the Transportation Office.
Coming into the transportation office as soon as possible before school starts is recommended.
To avoid long lines, we encourage parents to make the purchase of passes August 3 – 12, 2014.
Special Office Hours (from August 3- 12) are as follows:
9:00 am - 12:30 pm
1:30 pm - 5:00 pmBus transportation is provided for students living within Paradise Unified School District boundaries and who attend the school in their area of residence under the following guidelines:
· K-3 students living more than 1 mile from the school in their attendance area;
· Grade 4-6 students living more than 1.5 miles from the school in their attendance area;
· Grade 7-12 students living more than 2 miles from the school in their attendance area.

PUSD charges for all transportation to and from school; students must present a ticket or pass to the bus driver for each ride. Fees collected from riders cover about 12% of the actual cost of providing transportation to students. Free or reduced-cost transportation may be available to IEP students or low-income families.
