We are committed to having a positive bargaining relationship and we believe we can find a balance between the needs of our employees and the operational needs of the District. Because of this commitment, we believe it is important to state how the District will approach negotiations issues. We believe it is very important to have a positive dialogue with our employee organizations as we negotiate employee contracts. We value the relationship that we have with our employees and appreciate the contributions that employees make on a daily basis.
